This role will track expenses and income, in addition to annual administrative projects like insurance renewal and internal policy review and development. The Manager will function as the backbone of knowledge for our employment benefit and policies, researching personnel support resources that grow with our team. The ultimate goal of this role is to develop and sustain administrative systems that enable the work of a thriving RPV team and guarantee RPV is compliant with all laws and regulations.
The RPV Operations Manager will have a keen eye for detail, rigor around organizing processes and documents, a knack for spreadsheets and budgets, and a real love of caring for people. They are excited to learn, thrive as part of a team and can work independently, and are deeply aligned with the mission of RPV. Previous experience in nonprofit operations is preferred but not required.
This position reports to one of RPV’s Co-Executive Directors.
